Il 2° Rapporto Supplementare alle Nazioni Unite sul monitoraggio della Convenzione ONU sui Diritti dell’Infanzia e dell’Adolescenza (Convention on the Rights of the Child – CRC) è stato pubblicato il 18 novembre 2009 e sottoscritto da tutte le 86 associazioni del Gruppo CRC. Con la pubblicazione del 2° Rapporto Supplementare si è completato il primo ciclo di monitoraggio realizzato dal Gruppo CRC, avviato a partire dalla pubblicazione delle Osservazioni del Comitato ONU indirizzate all’Italia nel 2003. Nell’ambito di tale percorso è stato progressivamente ampliato l’angolo di osservazione del Gruppo CRC includendo nuove tematiche, ma garantendo al contempo un aggiornamento puntuale sulle questioni già affrontate, fino ad arrivare a comprendere tutti e 8 i gruppi tematici in cui il Comitato ONU ha suddiviso i diritti della CRC.
The 2nd Supplementary Report to the United Nations on the Monitoring of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) was published on 18 November 2009 and signed by all 86 associations of the CRC Group. With the publication of the 2nd Supplementary Report, the first monitoring cycle carried out by the CRC Group has been completed, starting with the publication of the UN Committee's Observations addressed to Italy in 2003. As part of this process, the angle of observation of the CRC Group has been progressively expanded to include new issues, but at the same time ensuring timely updates on the issues already addressed, to include all 8 thematic groups into which the UN Committee has divided the rights of the CRC.
