CivicoZero - rapporto attività 2008-2009

Nel rapporto viene illustrato il primo anno di attività di CivicoZero, il centro diurno a bassa soglia per il sostegno, l’orientamento e la protezione di minori stranieri non accompagnati o male accompagnati operativo a Roma. Il progetto CivicoZero ha preso avvio a Roma nel periodo dicembre 2008- novembre 2009 ed era volto a fornire supporto, orientamento e protezione a ragazzi e ragazze migranti (e ove presente al nucleo familiare) in situazioni di marginalità sociale, a minori entrati nel circuito della Giustizia Minorile, a minori a rischio di sfruttamento e abuso, impegnandosi per il miglioramento delle loro condizioni di vita e per il rispetto dei loro diritti.

The report illustrates the first year of activity of CivicoZero, the low-threshold day centre for the support, guidance and protection of unaccompanied or poorly accompanied foreign minors operating in Rome. The CivicoZero project started in Rome in the period December 2008-November 2009 and was aimed at providing support, guidance and protection to migrant boys and girls (and, where present, to the family unit) in situations of social marginalization, to minors who have entered the Juvenile Justice circuit, to minors at risk of exploitation and abuse, committing themselves to the improvement of their living conditions and respect for their rights.
